Abstract :
Under the current economic environment, the trades that produce the same products are increasing, enterprises´ supply begin to exceed demand, so the enterprise must emphasize on creativity for meeting customers´ changing needs so as to improve organizational sales and profit. This essay mainly discusses the importance of creativity, the creative process and its applications. Moreover, it proposes that if we want to create effectively in the organization, we should not only emphasize on creative process but also should have certain associative capability.
