Abstract :
This study based on 2570 articles containing the keyword of “HRM” from SCI-EXPANDED, SSCI, A&HCI database during 1972-2011, teased out 10 key node-articles of human resource management, analyzed the content and the logical relationship of these 10 critical literatures, outlined the evolution of human resource management path and research focus; Extracted high-frequency keywords from the cited literature co-occurrence network, carefully studied the 25 high-frequency keywords, came to the conclusions that the research of human resource management concentrated on the theoretical models of strategic human resources and human resource management practices, especially focused on the employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment, etc., the research was particularly prominent and will continue to be a research focus in the future.
