Abstract
To overcome the problem that Moodle load tends to be saturated on a single server, it should be considered to allocate the over-centralized load to several other servers. In other words, a cluster needs to be constructed. However, the physical clusters have shortcomings, such as waste of resources, and inflexible structure, etc. In the paper, Moodle Virtual Cluster is designed and constructed through virtualization technology in cloud computing to uniformly manage and dynamically allocate all kinds of computing resources. Through concurrent access pressure test, the results show that Moodle Virtual Cluster in cloud computing can improve transaction capability of the system, reduce response time, and ensure good user experience.
