Abstract :
Fuzzy theory can reduce the uncertainty dealing with problems because of the features of its semantic variables. It has been widely used in various fields, especially in load forecasting. We will firstly introduce the definition of fuzzy time series, and then a new method is applied to load forecasting. This method has not been used to do load forecasting and it has a wide developing future. At last, we will obtain the conclusion after calculation and analysis of a concrete example.
