University-enterprise cooperation innovation mechanism and countermeasure research of our country

This article analyzes the contributions of university-enterprise cooperation innovation on competitions between enterprises and universities, and it raises countermeasure systems for our country to promote the cooperation between enterprises and universities based on the comprehensive viewpoints of scholars at home and abroad. It is believed that the core status of university-enterprise cooperation innovation should be developed in the national innovation strategy; and the policies of science and technology, education and industry should be integrated; and the policies, strategies and plans of university-enterprise cooperation innovation and technology transformation have to be formulated and put into effect.
