Abstract :
We consider a class of nonlinear continuous-time time-varying plants with a state-space description which has a uniformly completely controllable linear part. For this class of system, we obtain by calculation a right factorization. In the case where the state is available for feedback, we obtain a normalized right-coprime factorization with some of output functions. And then, we use this result to study the tracking control problem of this kind of nonlinear system. An illustrative example is given to show the effectiveness of the results presented in the paper.
