Abstract :
This is to be applied into up-film transplanting of tobacco and cotton. In this article, the zero-velocity planting, motion simulation and trajectory of the transplanter designed were analyzed, which ensures it with low leakage rate of plantation, high-leveled upright degree and smaller damage of mulch-film. Parameters which influence trajectories and spacing were optimized. According to the kinematic analysis and relationship among parameters, the conclusion P2max ≤ 246.09 mm was reached by changing the transmission ratio, when wheel diameter D1 = 492 mm, swing diameter of dibble D2 =470 mm and the number of dibble k=6. The ideal spacing P2 =220 mm was finally achieved and the number of dibble should be decreased when the planting distance is over 246 mm.
