Abstract :
The problem of resource squandering and unreasonable consumption of energy became one of the key world problems. Alongside the financial crisis, comes an information collapse that will upset not only network information space, but also exceed human ability to master new information. The knowledge becomes obsolete so quick, that graduates enter the labor market with the already obsolete competences. These negative processes caused by Cyber-Physical Environment that gradually becomes the Human habitat. But the same Cyber-Physical environment could provide solution to these problems. Systematic processing of data stemming from sensors, "smart" devices, communicating objects, computers, clouds as well as from IoT, can coordinate and guide activities of companies, persons, social groups and communities and thus to harmonize social life activity. The harmonization of social life activity is a vital need of Cyber-Physical Society. Human activities should be coordinated under hierarchy of private and social needs, to provide the society with the best results for all. This article highlights a new type of cloud service, named Satisfaction of a Need as a Service (SNaaS) that includes innovative educational approach, named Pervasive Guidance. SNaaS harmonizes the social activities under hierarchy of social and private needs, processes current situation, generates and carries out optimal scenarios of behavior (or supports its implementation). Pervasive Guidance provides users with comprehensive answers to the questions, provides users with missing competences, and step-by-step instructs users in the implementation of their activities.
