Abstract :
Recently, with the augmentation of the radar frequency and the need for the RCS measurement of the large-sized targets, the work frequency of the scaled RCS measurement system will reach the wave band of terahertz. This article presents two common terahertz measurement systems, discusses the application of the terahertz measurement system on RCS measurement, expounds the system structure, the measurement technique and the data processing method of the terahertz RCS measurement system.
