Big Data is made for telecommunications. No other industry has access to the wealth of information about their customers the way communications service providers (CSPs) do. Big data can be seen as the CSPs´ most valuable asset. It puts them in a key position to win the battle for customers and generate new revenue streams - provided they can get their acts together.
