Abstract
This paper presents investigations on the repetitive capabilities of a microwave-based biosensor dedicated to the dielectric spectroscopy of living cells suspensions. We prove that the standard deviation of the complex permittivity is around 0.1 at 10GHz, which corresponds to a sensitivity of 2 to 4 millions of cells per milliliter or few tens of cells over the sensor. Beside these figures, the proposed study represents a crucial step for further bio and medical investigation with such a biosensor.
