Abstract
The electromagnetic properties of graphene are neither well known nor well understood. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to present them in a coherent manner. We present first the graphene coplanar waveguide and its properties, and describe afterwards experiments involving these coplanar waveguides that are able to determine the electrical permittivity of graphene and the ability to tune electrically the phase of microwave and millimeterwave signals. The entire paper demonstrates that graphene displays unparallel electromagnetic properties enabling new microwave devices.
