            Abstract : 
A low-voltage high-order agile active filter for microwave applications is presented, based on a single-transistor active inductor. The designed 3-cell bandpass filter can be tuned in the range 1800MHz to 2050MHz, with constant insertion loss. It consumes about 4mW and a dynamic range of 75dB is obtained, with a P1dB compression point of -5dBm being it useful in many RF and microwave applications.
