Abstract :
Chromatic dispersion compensation of coherent 64-QAM single carrier systems is achieved using fast block normalized LMS (FBNLMS) in frequency domain processing, which exhibits better performance and reduced computational complexities as block size increases. We have also evaluated the optimum block size to compensate CD within minimal OSNR limit.
