Abstract :
This paper presents a new discreet Sigma Delta analog to digital convertor implemented with fully differential current conveyor. The modulator is designed in 0.18um TSMC CMOS technology and has low power consumption 20mW, wide dynamic range 70db, and 400 kHz bandwidth. The circuit was simulated with HSPICE at voltage operation of 1.8V.
