Abstract :
This paper describes a multi-function UWB platform which measures range with 2cm accuracy, operates in complex, high multipath environments and provides an estimate of measurement accuracy. It can also communicate data and operate as a mono-, bi- and multi-static radar array. All modes can be simultaneously operated. Examples are provided. A novel synchronization capability is also discussed.
