  • Abstract
The analysis of the electrocardiogram ECG is very important because it reflects the electric activity of cardiovascular system of human being. This analysis permits to give the pathological state of heart based on characteristic waves of the electrocardiogram: the complex QRS, P and T waves. In order to be able to achieve the analysis of the ECG it´s necessary to determinate its different waves. Many researchers have treated the ECG segmentation using many approaches. Recently, the wavelet concept is frequently used to resolve this problematic. In this paper, a method is proposed for determinate the ECG waves based the multiscaled wavelet analysis. The continuous wavelet transform CWT allow to determinate the location of ECG waves. The obtained results obviously prove the efficiency of the proposed method.
