Abstract
Electromagnetic coupling between array antennas is an important area for the antenna research. In this paper, the coupling between array antennas is discussed, and the experimental device of electromagnetic diffraction coupling between two arrays is designed, as well as the diffraction coupling level data are tested and analyzed when angle between arrays changes. We found that with the changes of the angle between arrays, the received levels at different points of test decrease when the angle between arrays decreases. The minimized diffraction coupling level is obtained at the 90° between arrays.
