            Abstract : 
The common ground impedance interference is an electromagnetic compatibility problem for the centralized layout of electronic equipment to consider. This paper processes from transfer impedance and transfer admittance of the mesh shield cable, and builds up the coupling model of signal transmission cable common ground impedance. The coupling of cable common ground impedance interference to the cable is analyzed quantitatively through simulating calculation which is verified by the experiments for accuracy and reliability. The control measures about the coupling of common ground impedance interference to the cable are also proposed in the paper.
