Abstract :
The low-frequency electromagnetic radiation of high-power cable in cabinet has became the main interference source for electromagnetic sensitive system in submarine platform. The feature and problem of radiated electromagnetic environment (EME) from cable was analyzed, and a hybrid simulation method of EME from cable based on methods of transmission line (MTL) and method of moments (MoM) was given out. Then, the simulation model of cabin and cable was developed in the system-level EMC computation software EMC Studio. Furthermore, the distribution of EME affected by the cabin structure was analyzed, and some simulated results were presented to show the distributed characteristics of the electric and magnetic field. And the methods adopted in this paper and the obtained results can also be implanted in the interference effect analysis of sensitive system from cable.
