Abstract
This passage is to study the near-field interference characteristics of the sensor when taking the test of radiated emission. In addition to the influence on the test data from the probe factor, the sensor itself would cause interference to the electromagnetic environment around the source (taking a simplified RF integrated module for instance here)in the test. By means of HFSS simulation[1]and calculation, we will do some research on the change of the distribution of electromagnetic field and the impact on the accuracy of data acquisition due to the change in the condition whether probe is existed or not in this paper.
