Abstract
To achieve fast and accurate detection of the limited spectrum resources and improve the utilization of idle spectrum in cognitive radio networks, a Dempster-Shafer evidence theory based cooperative spectrum sensing (CSS) algorithm with double-threshold is proposed. In order to enhance the reliability of secondary users´ detection results in conventional double-threshold energy detection, a weighted evidence fusion rule on the basis of the statistical features of observed energy value is considered either. Simulation results show the proposed algorithm supplies preferable detection performance comparing with traditional CSS algorithms.
