  • Abstract
    Fragmentation of existing peer-to-peer (p2p) networks does not allow realize the full potential for real-time communication (RTC) over the Internet. Integrated p2p network for different types delivery of multimedia data with latency arbitration will improve the quality and reliability of RTC service.
