Abstract :
Organizations and individuals are mainly concerned to get opinions about different products, services and events for making suitable choices. The main contribution of this research is the design of an ontology that will help a user to select appropriate (popular) tools for web designing on the basis of certain characteristics and features of tools. The ontology is based on experts´ opinions of software engineering practitioners and researchers (scholars).
