Data integration for phone users´ mobility analysis

The aim of this paper is to develop methods for integrating external data with a mobile phone user data sample collected in Switzerland. The external data contains weather and stock price information, and the integration is done using locations and time stamps. We then analyze the resulting data using a multidimensional approach and statistical tools. Though the data is limited in scale, it indicates that weather or economic up/downturns does not affect the phone users´ mobility very much.
