  • Abstract
    For safe brain tumor resection using telesurgical robot system, authors propose a novel method for safety management algorithm. The algorithm is implemented with detecting a collision between a predefined tumor boundary and an instrument vector. The algorithm was enough fast to apply to phantom experiment.
