Abstract
Dynamic Broadcast introduces multi-dimensional flexibilities into the delivery of TV content and poses challenges on the content delivery signalling. In this paper, we analyse the requirements and propose data structures and transmission approaches for the signalling information to allow the user terminals to follow the dynamic changes in the content delivery. The extensions to the current DVB service information structure for the encoding and transmission of the proposed data structure are presented as well.
