Abstract :
DC-DC converter is a kind of hybrid dynamic systems which include both discrete and continuous subsystems and has a simple formalized model named hybrid automaton. Based on hybrid automaton model, this paper proposes a PWM hybrid control algorithm of boost converter based on peak current calculated by the energy conservation principle and fixed switching frequency implemented in CCM and DCM operations simultaneously. The simulation results show that this method has the advantages as simple algorithm, fast dynamic response and high stable precision, and can be further extended to other power electronic converters.
