Abstract
This paper presents a fully-digital analog-television RF transmitter realized on a small FPGA. Phase Alternating Line (PAL) encoding algorithms have been implemented along with digital filters and a Direct Digital frequency Synthesizer, for generating the carrier signal, achieving RF transmission of greyscale image captured from an onboard video camera.
