Abstract :
Technology alliance is one of the most common form of enterprise strategic alliance which is full of various risks. To examine the risks associated with technology alliance, we establish an indicator system. We conduct a dynamic evaluation toward the risks of technology alliance by using F integral. The result can provide valuable information for the decision-makers of enterprise technology alliance.
