Abstract :
How to plan scientific, reasonable development schemes is a core problem for Chinese oilfields nowadays. Traditional forecast and planning methods of development targets use manual work or experiences to determine the planning scheme, but the results can not satisfy the demands of oilfields. To solve the above problem, an information encryption-based decision support system, called DevTarget, is designed and realized for the middle-long-term development and planning of Chinese oilfields. DevTarget includes twelve forecast models for development targets, and has two development and planning models. INI file encryption method is also used in DevTarget to ensure system security. The results of using DevTarget at an oilfield located in east China show that DevTarget can provide good forecast quality.
