Abstract
Seeing that information technology is widely used to assist consumers for obtaining consumption product needed in daily life, this paper introduces the concepts of information consumption, informationalized consumption and consumption life cycle first of all. Then, the basic model of consumer behavior is constructed, and various consumer behaviors in consumption life cycle are discussed. Based on scheme framework of informationalized consumption behavior, the modeling work is accomplished respectively to information receiving behavior, information searching behavior, online shopping behavior, online communicating and evaluating behavior, according to active or passive application of information technology and information flow. And some important influence factors of informationalized consumption behavior are analyzed properly. These research results may be used for reference by enterprises to meet customer´s requirement better.
