Abstract :
Cooperation among node enterprises of supply chain makes supply chain risk (SCR) transfer easily, while study on the energy measurement of SCR transfer can be helpful to the effective management on SCR. Based on theoretical analysis, three determinants of SCR energy have been abstracted, namely the SCR current, the density of SCR current and the transfer speed of SCR current, and a theoretical vector model of SCR energy is constructed to avoid the loss brought by SCR. In this model, the energy of SCR is measured by three indexes which are economic loss, product function loss and enterprises prestige loss. So the risk energy of SC is measured and analyzed correspondingly. When the measured value of SCR energy is less than the risk carrying capability of supply chain (RCCSC), the risk is controllable. When the measured value of SCR energy is close to or even more than RCCSC, countermeasures should be adopted to avoid the risk, otherwise, crisis occurs.
