Abstract
Currently, web service portfolio has brought huge spaces to both independent service vendors (ISV) and web service integrators (WSI). However, the current web service portfolio only provides the optimized service to customers. In order to solve this problem, this paper analyses the WSI´s portfolio cost factors from two angles of the integrator and customers, and integrates execution cost produced by the quality of service (QoS) and off-line service quality into integrated cost. Compared with other researches, this model considers the customers´ needs and preferences on the functions and functional attributes.
