Abstract

The paper gives the port project management maturity model based on the ability of project construction preparation, schedule control, quality control, investment control, completion approval, comprehensive management process. The data is obtained through questionnaires. The evaluate index system and key practice in each level are described in this paper, and AHP decision analysis method is applied to determine the weight of each index factor in maturity. The practical application to enterprise shows that it could provide a valuable method for Chinese enterprises to implement project management.
