Abstract :
RFID tags are used in logistics chain process. Each service provider pool contains several enterprises that provide similar services. When a job is submitted to logistics chain, related pools will choose an enterprise from each of them and build up a service chain to serve the job. After job finished and results returned, users will evaluate the performance of service chain. In this work, an algorithm based on provenance information is proposed to enhance performance of service chain by increasing dispatch probability of enterprise with high reputation estimated from user appraisals. In this algorithm, reputation of enterprises and user appraisals are expressed in fuzzy linguistic values, taking into consideration vagueness of user appraisals on service chain results and various criteria to evaluate reputation of enterprises. Simulation results show the performance of this algorithm.
