Abstract
One of the outstanding problems of domestic industrial cluster lies in imperfect regional synergy innovation mechanism. It lacks synergy innovation and knowledge exchange among cluster enterprises, and namely it lacks competitive and cooperation innovation that is based on mutual trust and benefit sharing of cluster enterprises. At present domestic and foreign researches on collaborative innovation, especially the researches on synergy innovation of cluster enterprises, are few, so this paper systematically discusses conception, motivation, effects and influence factors of cluster enterprises´ synergy innovation, and constructs theoretical model of cluster enterprises´ synergy innovation: enterprise dimensions, relation dimensions and environment dimensions - effects of synergy innovation(technology synergy, resource synergy and market synergy) - performance of synergy innovation. The paper provides theoretical support for growth of cluster enterprises and upgrading of the whole cluster.
