Abstract
This paper introduces Meta-synthesis Engineering considering the complexity of the risk of alliance and its identification, it conduct an empirical analysis of the risk factors in industrial technology innovation strategic alliance, taking a new energy industrial alliance as example. It shows that there are 24 risk factors in the running of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance, such as economic fluctuation, opportunistic behavior and intellectual reveal, and all the factors can be divided into 6 categories, such as market, cooperative relation and intellectual property.
