Abstract :
This paper aimed at achieving senior management in fund investment, guiding skilled workers in procedure with investment operation, recording the process, and controlling skilled workers necessarily; and the paper researched open-end fund investment stock management system modeling. Using Rational Rose to create use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams and other related diagrams in system modeling, analyzing these diagrams, building static model and dynamic model in open-end fund investment stock management system, and then establishing scientific foundation in developing the system.
