  • Abstract
    Shanghai as China´s first city of aging, facing the severe endowment pressure, is also the first pilot and community endowment service area, therefore research on influence factors of Shanghai community endowment service needs, make adjustments is of great significance to related departments in a timely manner. Using stepwise regression analysis method to establish model has good fitting effect. The elderly pension institution of beds, the death toll in the city, community endowment service subsidies to become the main factors affecting future demand for community endowment service in Shanghai, and according to the final model effectively predict trends of community endowment service needs in Shanghai. For related departments to further improve the community endowment service, promote the sustainable development of community endowment play a role.
