Abstract :
Analysis and evaluation on regional talent development, in addition to the qualitative description and analysis methods, quantitative description and quantitative analysis turn to be more important. Based on the analysis of its theoretical basis and the related study, on the basis of summing up the concepts of development potential, combining with the characteristics of regional talent development, this paper originally proposed the concept of regional talent development potential which is described as the dynamic of the regional talent. By quantifying it, it is able to measure the development status of a regional talent as well as the sustainable development potential and staying power. Through the literature review, interviews and questionnaires to find out the impact factors of regional talent development potential, and on this basis, the evaluation index system regional talent development potential is constructed and related empirical study is researched.
