Innovation and reform management on the public financial investment of rural public cultural service in China

Balancing urban and rural development is the core of Scientific Outlook on Development, also be the effective approaches to solve the Problems on agriculture, rural areas and farmers in China. Urban-Rural Integration cannot be established without the coordinative development of urban and rural culture in China. So currently it is an arduous task to achieve the goal of equalization of public cultural services in urban and rural areas. Lack of fund is the primary problem of restricting the development of rural public culture in China. This paper summarizes the existing problems of public financial investment of rural public culture service and analyzes of cause of the problem to explore the innovation of the public finance investment mechanism of rural public culture service.
