Abstract

With the economic globalization and political pluralism, how to further improve the efficiency of ideological and political work and establish the mode of ideological and political education has been a major issue of college schools. The article, based on the system engineering theory and theoretical basis of people´s comprehensive development, establishes the mode of ideological and political education towards college students by the unification of idea, measure and evaluation system. It also tries to improve colleges´ ideological and political education by the systemic function of the ideological and political education.
