Abstract :
Theoretical and empirical studies based on developed countries have shown that specialized industrial clustering model and its technological spillovers cities have different effects on technological innovation. Specialization in this article refers to externalities of the specialization in the form of industrial agglomeration. Specialization refers to externalities of the specialization in the form of industrial agglomeration. Whether specialized industrial clustering model can promote the city´s technological innovation, and further promote the country´s independent innovation and enhance the core competitiveness of countries in the international is a serious problem which need to solve. We use empirical analysis to find out how the mechanism of diversify promote the city´s technological innovation and its relative contribution to technological innovation in the city theoretically and empirically. On this basis we bring out the relevant policy recommendations.
