Abstract :
The text teaching materials used by Ping-pong Tactics in colleges can not meet the basic needs of teaching, while the electric teaching material can integrate various Medias and use the advantages of multimedia technology to properly represent the teaching contents that are difficult for traditional teaching media to express, which can not only optimize the learning effects, but also can cultivate the autonomous learning ability of students. This study is based on the documentary research and investigation and it is started with the analysis of construction needs of electric teaching material of Ping-pong Tactics and conducts the systematic teaching design under the guidance of “Subject education theory” and develops the electric teaching material of Ping-pong Tactics to meet the needs of “teaching” and “learning” for teachers and students separately.
