Abstract
A national survey on the students´ physical health in 2005 shows that the physique of Chinese adolescents has been in continuous downward trend in recent 20 years; to reverse the downward trend of physical health level of adolescent students, the government and the school need to establish innovation mechanism to improve the physical health level of adolescent students in order to improve the physical health level of adolescent students through health education, system guarantee, exercise intervention and other aspects; this study exploits literature study, expert interviews, experience reference and other methods to structure the innovation mechanism to improve the physical health level of adolescent students in China from six aspects including student health cognition education, physical health assessment system, physical health level monitoring, scientific exercise prescription intervention, physical health feedback mechanism and physical health accountability system, for the purpose to improve the physical health level of adolescent students in China by means of system construction and implementation mechanism.
