Abstract :
With the rapid development of industrialization and informatization in electric power enterprises, informatization projects have been playing an increasingly important role in the development of electric power enterprises, while effective risk management serves as a key element to the success of informatization projects. This paper proposed a risk management model on the basis of knowledge base, including four primary sub-models, namely risk identification, risk evaluation, risk control, as well as risk supervision. The risk management knowledge base in the model can drive and support all four risk management processes, therefore to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the risk management of informatization projects in electric power enterprises.
