Abstract :
The research on staff knowledge collaborative ability aims at developing tactics to enhance their ability, providing a favorable environment, ensuring collaboration with efficient and orderly manner, and creating rich knowledge. Through summarizing existing research results, this paper discusses the concept, connotation and composition of staff knowledge collaborative ability, concludes its effect factor, and analyzes and tests theory hypothesis put forward in this paper with empirical research method; Trough the introduction of the concept of collaborative process, the evaluation index system of enterprise staff knowledge collaborative ability based on the collaborative process is built, and the AHP method is used to determine index weight, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate, making research on employee knowledge collaborative ability to practice.
