Abstract :
Curriculum system determines whether educational resources are well rationally allocated and weather they are made into full use, NCO vocational and technical education should plan the curriculum according to the adjustment of the troops and the growth and decline of military post. This paper analyzes the current curriculum system requirements by putting forward ways of construction in vocational and technical education.
