The problems and countermeasures of construction enterprises on logistics cost control

In order to gain more market share in the highly competitive environment, the construction enterprises have to enhance cost control, especially the control of logistics cost. But now the construction enterprises have logistics cost problems as follows: The accounting system of logistics cost is not perfect; The materials control is ineffective; The consciousness of logistics cost control is weak. Based on hereinbefore problems, this paper puts forward a number of proposals: The accounting department sets up the reasonable accounting system of logistics cost; The management department carries out the comprehensive supervision of the cost calculation in logistics; The propaganda department enhances propaganda work to make the consciousness of logistics cost control win support among the people. If all the measures are implemented completely, the construction enterprises will effectively reduce logistics costs and gain more economic benefits.
